Project Manager - Commercial Construction

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You'll be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Description

• Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings
• Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• Proven track record of managing commercial or residential construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
