Description
Reporting directly into the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Lead programs from planning through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain program plans, milestones, budgets, and performance dashboards.
- Track program performance using KPIs and provide clear visibility to leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Serve as the primary customer interface, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships.
- Conduct regular internal and external reviews covering status, risks, issues, and contract obligations.
- Support negotiations for program changes, contract modifications, and customer requirements.
- Manage program financials including budgets, forecasts, and profitability while addressing variances.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with policies and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement.
- Promote cross‑functional alignment, accountability, and smooth transition of new products into production.
Profile
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field, Project Management, or business
- PMP certification preferred
- 3-5 years of program management experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with contract management
- Knowledge of program management tools
