Corporate Restructuring Mid-Level Associate
This mid‑level associate will support complex in‑court and out‑of‑court restructuring matters involving major creditors and corporate borrowers. You will gain hands‑on experience across negotiations, document drafting, and strategy development for large-scale reorganizations.

Description
- Advise clients on financial restructuring and insolvency matters, including Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.
- Draft and negotiate complex legal documents, including restructuring agreements, bankruptcy filings, and related documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support client cases and decision-making processes.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends in the professional services sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members as needed.

Profile
A successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar.
- Strong experience in corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency law within the professional services industry.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high level of professionalism.
- A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
Job Offer
