Description

• Lead and manage large-scale Data Center construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring delivery of a world-class product

• Collaborate with internal teams and trade partners to drive project success

• Maintain project budgets, schedules, and quality standards

• Manage project risk and resolve challenges as they arise

• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Profile

• Experience as a Project Manager working on $150 Million+ Data Center with major general contractor's

• Proven experience managing mission-critical or large-scale commercial/industrial projects

• Ability to manage fast-paced, technically complex builds

• Willingness to travel and work on projects nationwide (first project based in Iowa)

• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Job Offer

• Base salary $200,000 - $250,000 (negoitable with experience)
