We are partnering with one of the country's leading general contractors to identify an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Data Center division. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-profile, mission-critical projects across the U.S., with the first assignment based in Iowa.

Description
Lead and manage large-scale Data Center construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring delivery of a world-class product
Collaborate with internal teams and trade partners to drive project success
Maintain project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
Manage project risk and resolve challenges as they arise
Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Profile
Experience as a Project Manager working on $150 Million+ Data Center with major general contractor's
Proven experience managing mission-critical or large-scale commercial/industrial projects
Ability to manage fast-paced, technically complex builds
Willingness to travel and work on projects nationwide (first project based in Iowa)
Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Job Offer
Base salary $200,000 - $250,000 (negoitable with experience)
