Client Details

A residential and commercial general contractor local to the Miami, FL area that has a growing team and pipeline in the area. They focus in custom homes and commercial retail buildouts throughout Dade County and have been maintaining strong relationships with clients. They are seeking a junior level project manager that has motivation to grow their career with them.

Description

• Oversee all phases of ground-up mixed-use construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans

• Coordinate and lead subcontractors, vendors, and design professionals

• Monitor project costs, approve invoices, and manage change orders

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to plans

• Identify and resolve construction issues, RFIs, and potential delays

• Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Profile

• 3+ years of experience as APM or Junior PM

• Background in managing custom homes, multifamily, retail and general commercial

• Proficient in construction management software, reading drawings, and leading teams from precon to closeout

• Career-oriented and looking to join a reputable firm with staying power

• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills

• Must be based in Miami-Dade County
