Description

In this Superintendent role, you will:

• Lead all on‑site construction activities, managing day‑to‑day field operations from mobilization to close‑out.
• Oversee subcontractors, crews, and specialty divisions to ensure quality workmanship and alignment with project plans.
• Enforce safety protocols, site cleanliness, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling, sequence of work, material deliveries, inspections, and daily communication with Project Managers.
• Problem‑solve field challenges proactively, identifying solutions to keep work progressing smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain daily logs, site reports, photos, and documentation to support transparency and accurate project tracking.
• Collaborate with internal groups such as roofing teams, waterproofing crews, or concrete/asphalt divisions when scopes overlap.
• Deliver a positive client experience by maintaining professional communication and resolving issues promptly.
• Drive projects to completion on time and within quality expectations, ensuring clean handoffs and thorough punch‑list execution.
