Compliance Testing Consultant

This position focuses on compliance monitoring and testing for all lines of business within a foreign bank. Along with this, the consultant will be responsible for updating any test scripts.

Client Details

Our client is a correspondent bank that is located in Midtown NYC. This corporation is one of the largest commercial banks and focus on commercial banking, investment banking and other financial services. Description

• Conduct ongoing monitoring and testing to ensure that the NYC Branches are adhering to all of the regulatory requirements, which exclude Financial Crimes Compliance
• Monitor and test regulatory and internal requirement related controls
• Develop reports of regulatory and internal requirements
• Help with the development of Compliance monitoring and testing policies and procedures
• Confirming that everything is thoroughly documented and escalated properly

Profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong knowledge with US Laws and Regulations
• Exposure to Corporate Banking and financial Institution businesses
• Strong knowledge of Letters of Credit, Trade Finance and Clearing
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Mandarin is preferred but not required

Job Offer

This position offers the candidate to work 5 days on site with the legal and compliance department. The client is offering a competitive market hourly rate and is looking to hire as soon as possible.
