Senior Manufacturing Manager - Providence, RI
The Senior Manufacturing Manager oversees manufacturing, packaging, and labeling of finished goods, ensuring products meet specifications and are delivered on time. The role requires strategic leadership to optimize resources, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Description
Responsibilities:
- Define strategic direction for manufacturing lines aligned with company goals.
- Manage production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- Lead and develop manufacturing managers, supervisors, and operators.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Inventory Control to resolve production issues.
- Maintain training programs and certification records.
- Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience, with 7+ years in a supervisory role.
- Medical device industry experience strongly preferred.
- Expertise in Lean manufacturing and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
