Description

• Oversee all facilities operations and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for property maintenance and construction projects.
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions for facilities and construction needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
• Lead and mentor facilities and construction teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Evaluate and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
