This role is national travel based (with projects across almost every state + Canada). They build for industries like pharmaceuticals, biotech, semiconductor manufacturing, and more - offering exposure to complex, high-value work.
- $120K-$140K base + annual bonus
- Overtime paid time-and-a-half

Description
The Superintendent is responsible for:
- Leading day-to-day field operations and supervising subcontractors
- Enforcing safety protocols and conducting daily site safety walks
- Coordinating logistics, deliveries, and manpower on site
- Conducting subcontractor meetings, daily huddles, and maintaining project schedule
- Overseeing site setup, security, and cleanliness
- Managing documentation: daily reports, inspections, permits, RFIs, and as-builts
- Communicating effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and project teams
- Mentoring field staff and promoting a collaborative, safety-first culture
Profile
The right Superintendent has the following qualifications:
- Willingness to travel extensively and work at various project sites nationwide
- 3-5+ years as a Superintendent with a GC
- Experience ideally includes clean room projects valued $20M+
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Builders License (any state), Bachelors degree, Trade License - is a plus
- Software: MS Suite, Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 experience, Procore
- Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and construction practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel frequently and work nights/weekends as needed
Job Offer
The Superintendent will receive:
- Base salary up to $160K
- Annual Bonus
- Housing provided
- Travel Expenses covered
- Overtime compensated time & half
- Bluecross PPO plan (starts 1st day)
- 401k 4% match
- 2-3 weeks PTO (negotiable)
- Paid Housing
- $50 a day per diem
- $150 out of town pay weekly ALLOWANCE
