Description
Controller Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of seven accounting and administrative employees
- Owning the project accounting for upwards of 30 projects ranging from $900k-$55M
- Partnering with third party accounting services on corporate accounting functions
- Month-end close, journal entries and bank reconciliations as needed
- AIA Billing, G702/703 Forms, Lien Waivers
Profile
A successful Controller should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in construction accounting
- General contractor experience
- Management Experience
- CPA a plus
