Data Analyst
We seek a dedicated Data Analyst to join our client's growing team in New York City. This role requires a background in the financial services industry, advanced Excel skills and experience in creating and using dashboards via Power BI and Excel. Candidates should have strong experience in MS Access.

A Wealth Management Firm known for its extensive range of financial products and services, including asset management, risk management, and advisory services.
Description
Implement and document Resolution Critical Services requirements, including updates to business continuity planning and data quality checks.
Develop and execute controls and quality assurance processes for key services and personnel data.
Consolidate and manage data from multiple sources to identify and maintain Resolution Critical Services.
Maintain and enhance the MS Access database to support reliable and repeatable resolution planning processes.
Profile
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Access, Excel (advanced functions, Power Query, VBA), Power BI or dashboarding tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Regulatory & Policy Knowledge: Familiar with U.S. financial regulatory requirements for Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery; ability to draft policies and procedures.
Project Management: Experienced in managing projects end-to-end-setting timelines, tracking milestones, reporting progress, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Soft Skills & Qualifications: Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively; Bachelor's degree or higher.
