Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary project details.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Solicit and review bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
• Monitor project costs and budgets to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and present cost reports and updates to stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project-related documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, costs, and advancements in construction techniques.

A successful Estimator should have:

• Experience in preparing cost estimates for construction projects within the property industry.
