Estimator
The Estimator will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects within the property industry. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams in Florida.

Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary project details.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Solicit and review bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Monitor project costs and budgets to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and present cost reports and updates to stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project-related documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, costs, and advancements in construction techniques.

Profile
A successful Estimator should have:
- Experience in preparing cost estimates for construction projects within the property industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with estimating software and tools.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset to address project challenges.
Job Offer
