The Heavy Civil Project Manager will oversee and manage the civil portion of ground up light industrial construction projects with some cross training on commercial construction, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires a results-driven individual with expertise in project management and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.

Description

The Heavy Civil Project Manager will:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee heavy civil construction projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure clear communication and efficient workflows.
  • Monitor project progress and performance to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and identify potential risks or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Review and manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Lead project meetings to provide updates and address any challenges or concerns.
  • Support the team in resolving any project-related issues effectively and promptly.
