Description

The Construction Safety Officer - Civil & Wastewater - $120k - Will be responsible for:

• Develop, implement, and manage safety policies and procedures for construction sites.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
• Provide safety training and guidance to construction teams and subcontractors.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate safety records and documentation for all projects.
• Collaborate with project managers to address safety concerns and develop proactive solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend measures to mitigate potential hazards.
• Serve as a key point of contact for safety-related inquiries and updates.
