Description

• Lead all phases of construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout.
• Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractor relationships, and project documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with Superintendents to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Facilitate weekly client and internal team meetings to drive project momentum.
• Identify challenges early and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Profile

• 3-15 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial interiors or retail interiors.
• Strong understanding of Chicago permitting, buildout sequencing, and subcontractor markets.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
