Jr. Payroll Specialist
We're seeking a Junior Payroll Coordinator who is eager to grow their career in payroll and HR operations. If you have 1-2 years of payroll experience, are detail-oriented, confident, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you. This role is on-site five days.

Description
Support weekly payroll processing every Tuesday across two company codes (based in New York)
Manage time and attendance tracking using Kronos
Handle post-payroll reporting, including pivot tables and data resets in Excel
Liaise with senior corporate leaders, transport/logistics teams, and employees across the organization
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professional communication
Support compliance with company pay frequency standards (weekly for all employees)
Provide exceptional customer service to internal employees regarding payroll inquiries
Maintain accurate records and audit trails
Execute Excel-based tasks, including VLOOKUPs, filtering, and data validation
Profile
1-2 years of payroll experience or payroll administration
Familiarity with ADP, Kronos, or similar systems (preferred)
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas)
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - ability to interact with senior leaders
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Must be able to work on-site 5 days/week
Flexibility with adjustable work hours to support individual needs
