Project Manager - high & mid rise construction
Lead the overall delivery of large-scale multifamily and mixed-use projects across Miami with a contractor known for culture and work-life balance.
This role is ideal for a Project Manager who excels in managing interiors and MEP scopes, driving schedules and budgets, and wants long-term stability with a people-first builder.

Description
Oversee full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout on multifamily and mixed-use projects
}Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor buyout processes
Lead coordination of interiors and MEP scopes to ensure alignment with schedule and design intent
Interpret construction documents, scopes, and specifications to support execution and cost control
Enforce project-level safety standards, quality control, and risk management processes
Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project flow
Proactively identify and resolve project risks, change orders, and potential delays
Profile
8+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
Proven background in multifamily or mixed-use construction
Strong experience managing interiors and complex MEP systems from a project management perspective
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills
Track record of successfully delivering projects within team-based structures
Job Offer
Base salary up to $170K, depending on experience
