Project Manager - high & mid rise construction

Description

  • Oversee full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout on multifamily and mixed-use projects

  • }Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor buyout processes

  • Lead coordination of interiors and MEP scopes to ensure alignment with schedule and design intent

  • Interpret construction documents, scopes, and specifications to support execution and cost control

  • Enforce project-level safety standards, quality control, and risk management processes

  • Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project flow

  • Proactively identify and resolve project risks, change orders, and potential delays

Profile

  • 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor

  • Proven background in multifamily or mixed-use construction

  • Strong experience managing interiors and complex MEP systems from a project management perspective

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

  • Strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills

  • Track record of successfully delivering projects within team-based structures
