Commercial Interiors Construction - Superintendent - Manhattan
You'll manage the full lifecycle of commercial interior buildouts, from estimating and procurement to closeout. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong financial, scheduling, and communication skills.

Description
- Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise.
- Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on project status and performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and approving invoices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
