General Superintendent
The General Superintendent will oversee all aspects of field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven ability to manage teams, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

A well-established and respected commercial construction company based in Rosemont, IL is seeking a highly experienced and motivated General Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple projects. This is a confidential search for a key leadership role within a growing organization known for delivering high-quality construction solutions across the Midwest.
Description
- Lead and manage field operations across multiple job sites.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings.
- Mentor and develop field staff to promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to maintain project momentum.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
