Travelling Superintendent

Our client, a respected general contractor headquartered in Knoxville, is seeking a Travelling Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects throughout the region.

Description
- Oversee daily onsite construction activities across multiple project locations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain project schedules, safety standards, and quality control.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local building codes.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly for project assignments.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Proficiency with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
