Description

• Oversee daily onsite construction activities across multiple project locations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain project schedules, safety standards, and quality control.
• Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local building codes.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly for project assignments.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
