Loan Operations Specialist Consultant
This role is responsible for the accurate processing and administration of loan transactions, including deal setup, payment instructions, interest settlements., and maintaining syndicated loan records. It also involves reviewing loan documentation, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Its services span customer and corporate banking, private banking, asset and wealth management, investment banking, and financing products such as loans and credit facilities, with operations extending across multiple countries.
Description
- Manage the full lifecycle of loan transactions, including setup, payment processing, and interest settlements.
- Review loan agreements to extract key terms and ensure accurate transaction setup or updates.
- Maintain and reconcile loan records, including syndicated loan balances and suspense accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to resolve transaction issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare recurring reports and support system testing and upgrades related to loan processing.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards, including AML, OFAC, and other financial regulations.
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in loan operations, trade finance, or a related financial services role.
- Strong understanding of loan processing workflows, including deal structuring, payment execution, and interest settlements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to manage and reconcile financial data accurately.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze documentation, resolve transaction discrepancies, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements such as BSA/AML, OFAC, and other financial industry standards.
