Supply Chain Manager
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production planning, purchasing, and inventory management departments within the organization. They will be leading a team of supply planners and buyers to ensure OTD delivery is met for their customers, and work to implement new strategic sourcing processes with suppliers.

The Supply Chain Manager will be in charge of the following:
- Purchasing: They will own all strategic sourcing initiatives and manage all current supplier relationships while identifying new ones to achieve cost savings.
- Production Planning: They will oversee the production planning process from raw materials to finished product to ensure operations are running efficiently and production schedules are met.
- Warehouse/Inventory Management: They will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory is accessible for production needs, and assist with any shipping and receiving challenges within the warehouse.
Profile
The successful candidate will have experience within both planning, and purchasing within a manufacturing environment. In addition, they will have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage the supply chain team to achieve goals and implement new processes to achieve cost savings and increase operational efficiency.
