As a Concrete Superintendent, you will:
- Manage all on-site concrete operations from start to finish
- Coordinate crews, equipment, and materials to maintain schedule and quality
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Review plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution
- Monitor productivity and implement strategies for efficiency
- Communicate daily with project managers and clients to ensure alignment
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports and inspections
- Mentor and develop field team members to build a strong workforce
Profile
Ideal candidates will bring:
- 5+ years of experience in concrete construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming, placing, and finishing techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications a plus
