Description

• Lead all phases of ground-up custom home projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Coordinate closely with architects, designers, subcontractors, and high-profile clients to maintain clear communication and expectations.

• Oversee onsite construction activities, schedule management, subcontractor performance, and compliance with local codes and safety requirements.

• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, procurement, and change orders with a focus on financial accuracy and transparency.

• Conduct regular site walks, quality checks, and progress meetings to ensure flawless execution and premium-level finish quality.

• Drive solutions to project challenges and maintain a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Profile

The ideal candidate has 5-10+ years of experience managing ground-up luxury custom home projects valued at $10M or greater. You bring a deep understanding of high-end residential construction, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage demanding clients and complex design details. You are highly organized, financially savvy, and committed to delivering a product that exceeds expectations. A steady leadership approach, strong technical acumen, and proven ability to oversee luxury subcontractor trades are essential.
