Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Description

• Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain daily reports and communicate progress to the project team
• Resolve site issues and ensure quality standards are met

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and scheduling
• Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project momentum
