Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Our client, a well-regarded general contractor based in Knoxville, is seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to manage on-site operations and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Description
- Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain daily reports and communicate progress to the project team
- Resolve site issues and ensure quality standards are met
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and scheduling
- Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project momentum
