Traveling Superintendent - Healthcare Construction
We are seeking a Superintendent with strong experience in healthcare interior projects who is able to travel to Cheraw, SC to support a $50M+ hospital project. This individual should also be comfortable traveling throughout South Carolina to lead additional complex healthcare projects within the company's robust portfolio. Client Details

- Supervise and manage healthcare interior construction projects
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards on all job sites.
- Monitor and inspect work progress to ensure high-quality results and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service.
- Travel to project locations as required to oversee operations and address challenges.
Profile
A successful Healthcare Interiors Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience managing interior healthcare construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and project stakeholders.

Job Offer
- Competitive annual salary ranging up to $140,000 USD.
- $750/M Vehicle allowance or Company Vehicle
- $85/M Cellphone OR Company Cellphone
- 401k 5% - 50% match - kicks off after 1st yr in business
- Discretionary Bonus - typically standard is 15% of the annual salary
- Company Card given when traveling
- Strong healthcare package (100% coverage for individual - only Supers)
- $2500/M per diem
