Maintenance Reliability Manager

The Maintenance Reliability Manager will oversee the reliability and maintenance of equipment within the engineering and manufacturing department in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. This role requires an individual with a strong technical background and leadership abilities to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Description

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
• Oversee the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to support new equipment installations and upgrades.
• Manage budgets and resources for maintenance and reliability projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment failures.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

Profile

A successful Maintenance Reliability Manager should have:

This role is onsite M-F and will sit out of West LA.
