Description
Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize CMMS (MaintainX): configure assets, workflows, and reporting.
- Build and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and job plans.
- Champion safety compliance: LOTO, machine guarding, JSAs, SDS, permits, and inspections.
- Oversee facilities and utilities, including vendor management and project quoting.
- Lead and coach multi-shift maintenance teams; manage scheduling and performance reviews.
- Control inventory of critical spares, manage vendors, and track maintenance budgets.
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- 5-7+ years in industrial maintenance within machining or metalworking environments.
- 2+ years leading multi-shift teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with CNC machinery and shop support systems.
- CMMS administration experience (preferably MaintainX).
- Knowledge of OSHA, LOTO, machine guarding, and environmental compliance.
- Skilled in vendor management, budgeting, and writing SOPs.
