VP/Controller-Construction

In this key leadership role, the VP/Controller-Construction will manage all facets of accounting and finance, ensuring both strategic alignment with the company's goals and adherence to regulatory standards. Description

• As the VP/Controller-Construction you will oversee all accounting and finance operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial strategy with overall company goals.
• Manage, hire, and train the accounting and finance team.
• Utilize Procore software to manage construction projects efficiently.
• Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Work with external auditors to provide necessary information and facilitate audits.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
• Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives.

Profile

A successful VP/Controller-Construction should have:

• A strong accounting and finance background in the construction industry.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software.
• Exceptional financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• A track record of effective team management and collaboration with executive leadership.
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance in the construction industry.
• This role is in office and is based in Scottsdale, AZ
• The client will relocate someone from within the United States.

Job Offer

• This VP/Controller-Construction has a competitive salary range of approximately $175,000 - $205,000.
