Description

• Project Management: Manage 5+ concurrent projects ranging from $1M to $10M, with occasional projects up to $25M.

• Schedule Management: Oversee field operations and office coordination, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.

• Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits across North Jersey and NYC (project assignments consider proximity to home).

• Team Leadership: Maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Documentation: Utilize Procore for project documentation and tracking (experience preferred).

• Client Facing: Uphold high standards of professionalism, accountability, and client satisfaction.

Profile

• 5-25+ years of experience in construction project management.

• Background in general contracting is preferred.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communicator with a proactive and mature approach.

• Tenacious, dependable, and driven to contribute meaningfully to the company's growth.

• Procore experience is a major plus.

• No estimating or preconstruction experience required.
