Description
Project Manager - Multifamily - North Shore MA will be responsible for:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Monitor project performance, addressing any challenges proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to achieve project milestones.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure project standards are met.
Profile
The Project Manager - Multifamily - North Shore MA should have:
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience on public + private projects up to $20M
- Proficient in procore, bluebeam and other related construction software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
