Superintendent - Luxury Residential

The Superintendent will be responsible for successful delivery of project including tracking and managing materials, sub-contractors, milestones, etc. for ultra luxury Condo / Penthouse interiors in Miami. $5M - $20M in Construction Cost

Client Details

Our Client is a General Contractor that focuses on Luxury Residential Construction (Condo / Penthouse Interiors) and some ground up homes in NY and Miami Florida.

Description

• Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force
• Manage project milestone's
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients
• Develop and maintain site logistics plan
• Conduct quality inspections
• Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts
• Monitor costs, including labor time and material
• Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates
• Prepare and submit Superintendent's Daily Reports
• Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings
• Maintain and clean and safe jobsite

Profile

• 5 + years Managing Luxury Residential Construction Projects
• Project Range: $5M to $20M in Construction Cost (REQUIRED)
• Expertise with High-End Condo / Penthouse Interiors
• Strong experience with ProCore or similar software
• OSHA 30
• Strong ability to read drawings and specifications
