My client is a well-established general contractor with a strong presence across NC and SC. Founded in the 1990s and generating over $300M in annual revenue, they operate with around 200 employees across five offices, including a thriving Myrtle Beach division that opened around 10 years ago. Description

The Lead Superintendent will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on active job sites
• Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local codes and permits
• Manage logistics, including materials, equipment, and site readiness
• Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation
• Resolve field issues in collaboration with project managers and engineers
• Represent the company professionally with clients and partners on-site

Profile

The Lead Superintendent will have the following experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and vertical construction practices
• Experience with public, healthcare, or municipal projects is a plus
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed
