HR Recruiting Assistant
The HR Recruiting Assistant will support the human resources department by coordinating recruitment processes and maintaining accurate records. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations within the professional services industry, specifically in business services.

Description
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews for candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases with candidate information.
- Support the on boarding process by preparing necessary documentation.
- Communicate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Prepare reports and track key recruitment metrics.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards during recruitment activities.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Work with stakeholders and support with recruiting administration.
- Attend department head meetings to support with coordination of interviews.

Profile
A successful HR Recruiting Assistant should have:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the professional services industry is a plus.
Job Offer
- Hourly pay ranging from $26.00 to $31.00
