Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project delivery for mission-critical and data center builds, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution.
Oversee all project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and cost control to maintain profitability.
Coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, field staff, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
Manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication and delivery excellence.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all construction phases, upholding company and client standards.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation, utilizing Lean practices, BIM, and advanced scheduling tools to enhance efficiency and performance.
Profile
The Successful Applicant:
Brings 8+ years of commercial construction experience, including data center or mission-critical project leadership.
Possesses deep understanding of MEP systems, commissioning, and redundancy requirements unique to high-uptime facilities.
Demonstrates strong financial acumen, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects within budget and schedule.
Excels in team leadership and client relations, fostering collaboration, accountability, and trust across all stakeholders.
Is proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and BIM tools, with a data-driven approach to project management.
Holds a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; certifications like LEED AP, PMP, or CxA are a plus.
