Profile

A successful Superintendent - Hospitality (Steel) should have:

• Proven expertise in managing hospitality construction projects, particularly those involving steel structures.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proven experience as a Superintendent on hotel projects
• Strong background in steel-frame construction (5+ stories)
• Ability to lead projects independently
