Description
- Lead day-to-day field operations for active OSHPD healthcare projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, safety protocols, and inspections
- Maintain project schedules, documentation, and compliance with all HCAI/OSHPD requirements
- Partner closely with project management teams, owners, and design partners
- Drive a culture of safety, quality, and accountability on-site
Profile
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on OSHPD/HCAI healthcare projects
- Strong technical understanding of healthcare construction standards
- Excellent communication and field leadership abilities
- Ability to manage fast-paced, high-complexity environments
Job Offer
