Description

• Lead day-to-day field operations for active OSHPD healthcare projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, safety protocols, and inspections
• Maintain project schedules, documentation, and compliance with all HCAI/OSHPD requirements
• Partner closely with project management teams, owners, and design partners
• Drive a culture of safety, quality, and accountability on-site

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on OSHPD/HCAI healthcare projects
• Strong technical understanding of healthcare construction standards
• Excellent communication and field leadership abilities
• Ability to manage fast-paced, high-complexity environments
