Senior Project Manager

Description

• Oversee all phases of assigned construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and stakeholders to define project scopes and deliverables.

• Manage multiple subcontractors and vendors to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

• Monitor and control project budgets, cost forecasting, and change order management.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Lead on-site project meetings and provide consistent communication and reporting to executive leadership.

• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of operational best practices.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a proven track record in both commercial and residential projects.

• Strong knowledge of South Florida construction practices, permitting, and building codes.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, MS Project, or similar tools.

• OSHA certification and PMP or CCM designation preferred.
