Compliance Operations Consultant

This long term contract supports the Compliance Operations Director with the Branch's Compliance Department Operations training program, including training tracking and MIS. Along with this, the consultant will assist with composing compliance reports as needed for senior management.

Description

• Maintain Employee Training Tracker: Log new hires, terminations, status changes, and all training-related updates; save supporting documentation.

• Coordinate New Hire Training: Assign training, send weekly reminders for pending items, and track completion in the training tracker.

• Collaborate with Training Owners: Align on training materials, gather approvals, define training populations, and manage content delivery.

• Manage Training Launches: Notify participants, launch trainings via LMS or alternate methods, and reconcile launches to ensure full delivery.

• Monitor and Escalate Training Progress: Track completions, send reminders to BU Heads, escalate overdue or failed trainings, and reset LMS exams for technical issues.

• Document Training Completion: Finalize cover letters, obtain signatures, and log/support all completed compliance trainings appropriately.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus but not required
• 3+ years within financial services, specially within the BSA/AML/Training compliance space
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented ▪ Project management (organization, collaboration, time management, problem solving, stakeholder management, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
