Company is a mid sized firm with about 25-30 people right now.
- $10M+ project size
- Almost all Multifamily projects
- Company does both ground-up and tenant finish work
- Currently a great deal of repeat business and a very strong backlog
- 100% local projects
Description
- Daily jobsite supervision
- Taking weekly photos
- 3-week schedules
- Daily reports
- Working with third party safety consultant
- Would start with working on an education project
Profile
- 10-15+ years of construction experience
- 3-5+ years as a lead superintendent
- Must have ground up construction experience
- $10M+ project experience
- Strong communication skills
