Project Manager - Large Commercial Construction

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to lead construction projects with a name brand general contractor. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and a proven ability to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Description

  • Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure milestones are met.
  • Prepare and present regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Facilitate effective communication between all team members and external partners.
  • Oversee quality control and ensure that finished projects meet client expectations.
