Traveling Superintendent - Occupied Renovations - New England - Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day on-site operations and subcontractor activities

• Ensure project schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations are met

• Be hands-on for smaller projects when needed

• Coordinate with the project team to manage occupied renovation work smoothly

• Communicate regularly with clients and internal leadership

Profile

Traveling Superintendent - Occupied Renovations - New England - Will have

• 10+ years of construction experience, especially in occupied renovations

• Background in grocery store or retail renovation projects (not heavy on MEP)

• Comfortable traveling throughout NH and ME; based north of Boston is ideal

• Proficient with basic project tracking tools, especially Microsoft Excel

• Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
