We're recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Raleigh, NC, with a well-established general contractor.

Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager - Commercial Builds Pipeline - Raleigh, NC:
- Manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Oversee site safety and compliance with regulations
- Review and manage project schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during project planning
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior staff
Profile
Ideal Project Manager - Commercial Builds Pipeline - Raleigh, NC Candidate Will Have:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record managing ground-up and/or renovation projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and scheduling software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
