Senior Superintendent - Adaptive Reuse/MultiFamily Projects

Description

• Oversee all field operations for adaptive reuse projects ranging from 50 to 300 residential units.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and design teams to resolve challenges and maintain workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout all phases of construction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Profile

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role.
• Proven track record managing adaptive reuse or large-scale renovation projects.
• Experience with multi-family projects (50-300 units) is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate complex urban construction environments and maintain project momentum

Job Offer

• Competitive salary: $130,000 - $160,000 based on experience.
