The Manufacturing Engineer will play a pivotal role in optimizing production processes and ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing systems. Description

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Analyzing production data and recommend process adjustments to meet performance targets.
  • Designing and implementing tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support production operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all manufacturing processes.
  • Supporting new product development by creating manufacturing plans and workflows.
  • Training production staff on process improvements and new equipment use.
  • Working closely with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and components.

Profile

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:

  • MUST HAVE a Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred)
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial manufacturing.
  • Strong experience in process optimization and process engineering.
  • Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools for process design and analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards relevant to industrial and manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and suppliers.
