Residential Project Manager
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of residential construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in property and construction management.

Description
- Manage all phases of residential construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Oversee project documentation, including contracts, permits, and schedules.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Address and resolve any project-related issues or delays promptly.
- Maintain clear communication with clients to manage expectations and provide updates.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders as needed.
