Description

As the Assistant Project Manager, reporting to the Project Manager, you will support the execution of multiple ground‑up multifamily projects.

• Assist with RFIs, submittals, budgets, buyout, and schedule coordination
• Support subcontractor communication and documentation
• Help drive project controls, including Procore inputs
• Track progress against schedule and cost goals
• Coordinate with field teams and leadership
• Contribute to successful delivery of complex projects

Profile

For the Assistant Project Manager we are seeking:

• Multifamily project experience (all types considered)
• Texas project history required
• Strong computer literacy; degree preferred
• Solid professional stability (2-3 years per employer)
• Procore experience helpful but not mandatory
