Superintendent- Luxury Homes
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the on-site construction of ground-up, high-end custom homes valued at $10M+. This is a unique opportunity to work with a premier luxury home builder in West Palm Beach, delivering architecturally significant estates with the highest quality craftsmanship.

Our client is a well-established luxury residential builder with a strong presence across Palm Beach County. Renowned for their meticulous attention to detail and collaboration with world-class architects and designers, they specialize in bespoke waterfront and estate properties in the $8M-$30M+ range. Their reputation is built on a legacy of excellence, trust, and delivering some of the most exquisite homes in South Florida.
Description
Oversee all field operations from groundbreaking through final punch and client handover
Manage subcontractors, schedules, materials, and site logistics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, designers, and homeowners throughout all phases of construction
Enforce safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized job site, and ensure compliance with all local codes and permitting requirements
Conduct daily site walkthroughs, manage inspections, and drive quality control from foundation through final finishes
Maintain project documentation including logs, reports, and schedules
Profile
7+ years of Superintendent experience specifically managing ground-up luxury residential builds over $10M
Deep knowledge of high-end residential construction methods, luxury finishes, and complex architectural details
Proven ability to lead subcontractors and trades with professionalism and efficiency
Exceptional communication skills and experience interfacing with UHNW clients and their representatives
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset
Local market knowledge and Florida building code familiarity is a must
Job Offer
