Vice President of Business Development

The VP of Business Development will play a critical role in overseeing business development efforts within the multifamily construction department. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the construction industry and excellent leadership skills/ client relationship skills.

Description

• Lead and manage cost estimation processes for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the organization's footprint in the property industry.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align estimates with project goals and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth within the construction sector.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and reports to senior leadership and clients.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional development and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

• A strong background in business development within the multifamily construction space locally to Miami-Broward.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and its trends.
